The scenic R44 Clarence Drive offers simply magnificent views across False Bay and rated one of the top routes in the world. This steep coastal road, which follows the natural curve of the rocky sea cliffs on the coast, provides a great scenic view along its route. The drive and Pringle Bay form part of the Cape Whale Coast which starts just outside Gordans Bay through to Quoin Point. Over 200 kilometres of coastline provides the best whale and shark viewing in the world. With dolphin and Seals, Penguins at Betty’s Bay. The drive provides many viewing and picnic spots along the way.
